Gadisar Lake :-

Gadisar Lake is located in Jaisalmer, there is a canopy and a temple, people come here to see the beautiful morning and evening views and sunset view, it is 1 kilometer away from Jaisalmer Fort, gadisar Lake there is a lighting show here in the evening, to reach here you can come by personal vehicle, auto cab, the best time to visit is from October to November.

History:-

It was built by Gadsi Singh in the 14th century. It is the most attractive tourist point in Jaisalmer, thousands of people come here, the view here in the morning and evening is very beautiful. This lake was built because at that time the city’s water was collected in this lake and then used, which has now become a tourist attraction, boating takes place here.

The main entrance gate of Gadisar Lake is called Tilon Ki Pol. Travelers should come here in the early morning or evening to see this beautiful view. Along with a peaceful, beautiful and enchanting view, flocks of birds can also be seen here. Rao Gadsi Singh built it to meet the water shortage in Jaisalmer. This is the oldest lake in Jaisalmer.The best time to visit Gadisar Lake is from October to March, after that it is very hot, hence tourists do not come.
